Our goal is to provide quality service in a timely manner. In order to do so we have had implemented an appointment/cancellation policy. The policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for other clients. We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call, text or cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another client from getting much needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another client fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book. Client who fail to show for their scheduled appointment, or did not notify us within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment time, will not be refunded. In the event of an actual emergency and prior notice could not be given, consideration will be given and exception may be granted to reschedule. We understand that delays can happen, however, we must try to keep the other client's and estheticians schedule on time. If you are running late, please notify the lounge. If a client is 20 minutes past their appointment time, we may have to re-schedule your appointment. For Bridal and other Events, please take note any cancellations that occur a week before the event date a 50% cancellation fee will be required. The 50% is based on the balance owing for the event date.
