Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Katrinaaissa Beauty Artistry. As a private boutique studio, appointment availability is intentionally limited to provide every client with dedicated, personalized care. Please review the following policies before booking. Appointment Reservations Appointments are available by reservation only. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Some services may require a booking fee or prepayment, which will be applied toward your appointment. Respecting Reserved Time Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We do not double-book or overbook our schedule, allowing each client uninterrupted time and attention. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering that appointment to another client. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the reserved service will be charged. Less than 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: 100% of the reserved service will be charged. Future appointments may require prepayment. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other appointments. The full service fee will still apply. Health & Safety Please notify us of any changes to your health, medications, pregnancy status, allergies, or recent cosmetic procedures before your appointment. Treatments may be modified or postponed if they are not considered safe or appropriate. Consultation Forms New clients must complete all required consultation and consent forms prior to their appointment. Failure to complete forms or follow pre-care instructions may result in your appointment being rescheduled. Children & Guests To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure your safety during treatment, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend their appointment unless prior arrangements have been made. Payment & Refunds Payment is due upon completion of your appointment unless prepaid. Services, booking fees, packages, and gift certificates are non-refundable. Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days. Results Treatment outcomes vary based on individual skin conditions, lifestyle, home care, and adherence to recommended treatment plans. While every effort is made to help you achieve your goals, specific results cannot be guaranteed. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree.
