Due to COVID - 19 pandemic, we have changed our protocols and policies.

By now we are all aware of the severity of COVID - 19 and probably exhausted from the anxiety of it all. While we don't want to add stress, we do want to let you know that as a mobile makeup artists, we will do our part to provide you the safest environment possible and we need you to do your part as well in keeping distance wherever it can be kept. Please limit the number of people in the space you intend to have your service completed. Please have good hand hygiene and thoroughly sanitize your location before the artist arrives, and again when they leave. All beauty artists will add 15 minutes to give time to thoroughly sanitize between every clients. We thank you for your cooperation so that we can provide you and our team the safest environment possible.

All beauty artists will wash their hands upon arrival to your home/hotel room (or other location), before makeup/hair and in-between every service or client and sanitize their hands with hand sanitizer throughout the appointment.

All beauty artists will wear the appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) during your appointment and also minimizing their kits. A virtual meeting will be scheduled prior to event date to allow beauty artists to only pack what is needed.

If you are sick, have been travelling, or have been in contact with anyone that is sick, please stay home.

Appointments will be cancelled if any client exhibits any signs of illness. If anyone from our team is experiencing a fever/raised temperature or any cold/flu like symptoms, they will not be permitted to work.

Please note, we cannot accept cash at this time, please pre-pay through e-transfer (katrina@katrinaaissa.com).

All clients will be required to read and sign a Declaration Form prior to each appointment.

The safety of our clients and beauty artists is our top most priority. Keep the optimism, we will get through this together!

Please understand that COVID-19 virus has a long incubation period during which carriers of the virus may not show symptoms and still be highly contagious. Your participation is important to assist us in taking precautionary measures to protect you and others during your appointment and with that, you agree that you are getting services done at your own risk, releasing Katrinaaissa Beauty Artistry and its beauty artists from any liability relating to COVID-19. After the announcement of BC’s Restart Plan, We are hopeful and excited. All personal service establishments seem to be included in Phase 2 of the government’s plan to re-open the province. Phase 2 is to begin mid- to late- May.

We, at Katrinaaissa Beauty Artistry have always had strict sanitation procedures when working. We would like to ensure our clients that we have taken measures to make sure that we stop the spread of COVID - 19 (Novel Coronavirus) by taking the following COVID - 19 Certifications.

We want to assure you that we are continuing to closely monitor this evolving situation.

On March 18, 2020 the province of British Columbia declared a public health emergency due to COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus).

We are closely monitoring the updates regarding the outbreak set by the Government of BC. To avoid any risks, we have decided to offer free cancellations and willing to rebook appointments for our clients.

There is no doubt that we will be facing some major challenges in the industry. However, we will take proactive measures to avoid the spreading of the Coronavirus and we will follow the instructions and guidelines from our local authorities. Because we take our responsibility very seriously.
